Proud Dad
Emotions are always at a very high level when the day of the wedding arrives.
I sometimes feel sorry for the father of the bride, having brought up and cared for his little girl for so many years, now is the time to let go.






















For Jane and Stephens wedding this Saturday at St Matthews Church in St Leonards on Sea in East Sussex, we had brillant sun with temperature in to the 80's. The reception was held at the Beauport Park Hotel,where I have taken many weddings over the years.

Matthew and Sophie had told me that their wedding at Powdermills in Battle was going to be small, friends and close family, a quite celebration!
Matthew's friends had different ideas. They wanted his last hours as a single man to be remembered; as you can see my normal groom and best man pictures, having a small beverage before the ceremony,were livened up by his close friends,all in great spirits.

Sophie’s preparations in the bridal suite were,on the other hand,calm and peaceful. I love black and white prints,the timeless quality and atmosphere they provoke cannot be equalled with colour photographs.
